To access certain features, including leaving software reviews or claiming rewards, you must create an account. By logging in via Google or Discord OAuth, you represent that the account belongs to you and that the information provided is accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party login credentials. TraderToolMatch cannot and will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from compromised Google or Discord credentials.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree to use TraderToolMatch strictly for legitimate personal evaluation. You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Utilizing automated scrapers, data-mining tools, extraction software, or bots to harvest metrics, data-points, or generated match score hierarchies from the platform database.
  • Attempting to bypass, reverse-engineer, inject script payloads, or systematically disrupt our tracking parameters, client-side dataLayer infrastructure, or network requests sent to our server-side tracking environment.
  • Distributing commercially motivated marketing strings, custom tracking shortlinks, or general spam deployments inside platform review panels or comment modules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TraderToolMatch or its owners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Intellectual Property & User Content License

The "Diagnostic Test" algorithm, site design, and brand are the intellectual property of our company.

User-Generated Content (Reviews & Replies): By posting reviews, comments, or ratings on TraderToolMatch, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to display, modify, and distribute that content across our platform and marketing channels.
